Have used the Wisconsin State Historical Library since May 1985. The best resource for the mid west with a lot of books for eastern US. Can get into the stacks with a laptop. Was there in late Nov. 2012 Lots of construction to upgrade for handicap and parking ramps are now hard to find.

Thanks. There is construction in front of the building (enter on the south side entrance), but I was there on the 13th and was able to park in the State Street parking ramp just a couple of blocks away.
